Important to Know

If our customers aren’t happy, then we’re not happy! To make sure our customers always have a positive Dillard's Kreations experience, we’ve designed a generous, fair and transparent store policy. Read the following sections to find out more about how we provide the best customer experience for our loyal shoppers. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

• All payments must be made in full prior to the start of any item(s).

• Payments completed via an invoice, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, 
and Cash. We do not accept checks.

• All custom orders are non-refundable.

• Apparel items will not be refunded if wrong size is ordered.

• Prices vary due to size, detail of design, materials used & availability of materials.

• Please allow 10-14 business days for completion of item(s) after payment has been received. Business days does not include Holidays, nor weekends.

*Rush orders are available for an additional charge. Please let me know when placing your order if you will need your item(s) before processing time policy & I will add the rush fee into your price. Fees are based on size, quantity of items & materials needed to complete rush order.
